The TARI 2026 calendar in Cagliari is entering its final phase. Following the instalments due on 31 July and 30 September, the next deadline indicated by the Municipality is 30 November 2026. The first three instalments amount to 75 per cent of the total calculated using the 2025 tariffs.
The balance will instead arrive in December and will be determined by applying the 2026 tariffs approved by the Municipal Council on 29 July. The Municipality will subsequently issue payment notices for any remaining amount.
What to do if the notice arrives late
Anyone who did not receive the notice by 31 July may make the payment within fifteen days of the date on which the communication is actually delivered. It is also possible to download the documentation and make the payment through LINKmate, the taxpayer’s online portal accessible with SPID.
The Municipality recalls that the new division into four instalments is linked to the introduction of the national social bonus established by ARERA, and that the municipal TARI has fallen by 12 per cent compared with 2024.
